# Saltychat download kann nicht installiert werden

Ein neustart eures PCs kann dieses Problem beheben! Bevor ihr euch also an den unteren Schritten probiert, startet euren PC einmal neu!

## Lösung 1

1. Ihr macht Rechtsklick auf die heruntergeladene Saltychat Datei.\
   `SaltyChat_x.x.x.ts3_plugin`

2. Nun geht ihr mit der Maus auf öffnen mit -> "*TeamSpeak 3 Package Installer*"

​3. Falls das geklappt hat, dann war es das schon! Du kannst Saltychat nun wie gewohnt installieren!

## Lösung 2

Sollte Lösung 1 nicht funktioniert haben, kommt hier nun Lösung 2.

3. Sucht euer Teamspeak 3 Icon (Auf dem Desktop) und macht dort Rechtsklick drauf. \
   Nun klickt ihr auf auf "Dateipfad öffnen".

2. Nun sucht ihr die Datei "*createfileassoc.exe*" Diese führt ihr als Administrator aus.

3. Nach erfolgreichen ausführen seht ihr nun folgende Meldung.

4. Danach könnt ihr wie gewohnt Rechtsklick auf Saltychat machen.

5. Auf "*Teamspeak 3 Package Installer*" Klicken und Salty Chat installieren

Sollte Punkt 4 oder 5 nicht gehen, dann startet einmal euren PC neu und versucht Punkt 4+5 erneut!
